Diversity is important to us at JackDot. Not only because it's the right thing to do, but it also helps to build authenticity in our storytelling. And although we all come from different walks of life, there are two tenets that we all have agreed to honor. The first is an unwavering passion for telling human stories. The second is embracing a riff on the old Boy Scout rule – leave this world better than you found it. These combine to form Jack’s 10%.

At JackDot, 10% of everyone’s time is donated to organizations that we feel are making positive change. We don’t have a formal criterion of what one of these organizations looks like. They could be big or small, established or at the beginning of an idea. We don’t care if they have a 501(c)(3) or are for profit. The only thing we care about is if we all agree that they’re making the world a better place. If so, we’ll offer up our people, equipment and strategy—all of our resources free of charge.

Our bread and butter is telling stories that focus on humanity, so it's only fitting that we’re driven to partner with people who are working to improve it.
